⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Data Deletion
Deleting your account and data is permanent and irreversible. All your cloud-synced records, customized categories, reminders, and account profile stored on Firebase will be permanently removed.
How Data Deletion Works
Option 1: In-App Instant Local Reset (Recommended for Guests)
If you used Trackly as a Guest, all your logs are stored locally on your device. You can erase all data instantly by opening Trackly > Settings > Data Management > Clear All Data, or by clearing storage via Android Settings.
Option 2: Cloud Account & Remote Data Deletion (For Signed-in Users)
If you signed in with your Google account, fill out the form below. When you click "Submit Deletion Request", your email client will automatically open with pre-filled details to send directly to Mehra Foundation support (mehrafoundation@outlook.com). Our team will delete your Firebase account and cloud database entries within 48-72 hours.
